Dennistoun Diggers is a small community group in the process of setting up a community garden on Circus Drive in Dennistoun. We hope to create a space for people in the community to come together, exchange skills and grow food together for the benefit of the community. We hope to provide workshops aimed at increasing skills, show films to raise awareness of environmental issues and of course a space to grow food and work towards a more sustainable Dennistoun! We are always looking for new members to get involved whether it be just to come help plant, do a bit of weeding or take a more active role in the progression of the organisation. The gardens are quite hidden so you will not see them from the street. It is best to contact us to see when we have a meeting on so you can come see the garden.
