Parade Artists are a collective of painters, glass artists, ceramicists, jewelers and textile designers who are holding an exhibition and craft fare at the WASPS Artists Studios on 8th and 9th June with a preview evening on the 7th. The new Factory Community Cafe will be open and there is ample free parking.

StageRite classes are now over for the summer :( however dont panic - we are back for SUMMER SCHOOL on August 9th, 10th & 11th in Dennistoun New Parish Church from 10am-4pm.(early drop off and pick up available) Children ages 4-16 are welcome to come along for 1, 2 or 3 days for lessons in dance, singing & drama by 3 highly trained tutors then perform in a mini showcase on the evening of the 11th for parents/guardians and family to come and watch!!

Dennistoun Diggers is a small community group in the process of setting up a community garden on Circus Drive in Dennistoun. We hope to create a space for people in the community to come together, exchange skills and grow food together for the benefit of the community. We hope to provide workshops aimed at increasing skills, show films to raise awareness of environmental issues and of course a space to grow food and work towards a more sustainable Dennistoun! We are always looking for new members to get involved whether it be just to come help plant, do a bit of weeding or take a more active role in the progression of the organisation. Pulse Dance & Theatre Arts is an innovative and exciting school run by Jacqueline & Nicola Duffy, which has been based in Glasgow's East End for the last 18 years. We offer fun and diverse classes in various dance styles including jazz, contemporary, streetdance and rock and roll. We also run a Glee Club offering tuition in singing, acting and dancing and have recently started a DanceFit class specifically for adults.
