Food waste bins

Has the council stopped empting the gray food waste bins on a weekly basis in the back courts, mines hasn't been emptied in three weeks now and is starting to stink

your right, I have noticed that mine hasn't been emptied in a while either - someone threw half a loaf in it a few weeks ago and the bread has all went green now.
maybe the council are only picking up food waste once a month now to save money, what the point in that, better to just throw food waste in your regular black bag - that way it will be picked up every week instead of rotting an smelling
