Hi all. I'm looking to sell my flat and I'm unsure who has the best rates for selling?

I'm not sure who has the best rates but I think that Countrywide get the best results. We have bought and sold with them a few times over the years and they really work for their money. Cheap isn't always best.

We also used countrywide 6/7 times.again maybe not the cheapest ,but we had to stop viewings after 4 days,15 people,3 offers well above the asking price.they are really professional.
