Meditation Classes this Sunday

Hi
I run monthly meditation classes from my home treatment room on Kennyhill Square. They run on the last Sunday of each month at 2.30 - 4pm and 5 -6.30pm - each class has a different topic and is open to anyone who is interested in meditation or has been doing it for a long time (and everyone in between)
