New Restaurant in Annfield Pl

TM posted on the 26/09/2016 2:49:57 PM

Does anyone have more information on the new restaurant that is supposed to be opening in Annfield Pl near the Nakodar? I hear it was a chef who worked in a restaurant in the West End starting up his own venture. Looking forward to having another quality eating place in Dennistoun. Anyone know when it is due to open

It's called "Bilson Eleven"

They have an instagram account in which they are documenting the renovation. Worth checking out!

Hi Nick,

Good luck with the new venture!

Is there a reason you're shut for 2 days and also not open lunchtime?

ST - I'm guessing that in the early days after starting from scratch, the owners are very closely linked with the day-to-day running of the place, so opening on Monday & Tuesday and for lunch would mean working more than ten hours a day, seven days a week - twice the hours I do for my job, so I can understand them wanting to take things step by step.
