Trees at top of Millerston St

Anyone know why they felled that little patch of trees at the top of Millerston St? Are they going to leave the Doocot?

A local scaffolding company is expanding onto the site.

Such a shame. Dennistoun has hardly any trees as it is. I take it this was private land?
