A woman is still in hospital after being 'hit by an e-bike' in Dennistoun, it has been revealed.
The woman, whose age has not been disclosed, was knocked down on Duke Street around 12.15pm on Friday, February 9.
She was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where she remained on Sunday, the Glasgow Times understands.
Eyewitnesses at the scene described the victim as an elderly woman who was "hit by a delivery driver". The driver allegedly fled the scene.
The authorities have not confirmed any further details and no arrests have been made.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 12.15pm on Friday, February 9, 2024, police were called to a report of a woman being struck by a bike on Duke Street, Glasgow.
"She was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment and enquiries are ongoing."
